Penawar H1N1-Back to nature!!!


Salam sejahtera para viewers yang budiman,

Entry aku kali ini masih lagi berkisar tentang wabak yang sedang melanda sekarang ni, H1N1. Perlu diingatkan lagi bahawa pakar perubatan telah mengkaji virus ini dan mendapati ia sangat cerdik, dan mampu menembusi sistem pertahanan badan manusia. Walau apa-pun, kita tidak harus menyerah kalah dan seharusnya terus berusaha mencari penawar penyakit ini, kerana di dalam AL-QURAN ada menyebut bahawa tiada penyakit di dalam dunia ini yang tiada penawarnya kecuali MATI.

Justeru, berkat usaha golongan cerdik pandai di negara ini, aku telah menerima beberapa email yang menyalurkan maklumat berguna tentang cara pemakanan yang mampu membantu melambatkan penularan penyakit ini, dan dalam masa yang sama mungkin mampu menjadi penawarnya. Walau bagaimanapun, suka diingatkan bahawa kita sebagai manusia hanyalah berusaha, selebihnya berserahlah kepada ALLAH yang MAHA BERKUASA.

Berikut antara petua atau usaha yang boleh dilakukan bagi menghalang penularan wabak H1N1:

1. Makan atau minum minimum 6 biji epal hijau dan fresh orange setiap hari. Tidak dipastikan bagaimana cara pengambilannya tapi aku percaya, ia seharusnya tanpa gula dan tanpa ais. Pada mereka yang mengalami simptom2 seperti demam, sakit tekak dan selesema serta batuk, amalkan minum jus epal ini setiap hari sehingga demam kebah dan simptom-simptom tersebut berkurangan. Insyaallah.

2. Yang ini pula aku dapat melalui email Doktor bernama Dr. V.M. Palaniappan. Sumber adalah buku penulisannya yang bertajuk: Human Disease: Antaranya:

  • Boys should avoid dry masturbation (girls almost never do, and sexual urnions are certainly harmless for both gender)
  • Keeping awake late-nights is not very good. Over-working until body totally exhausted not good. Starving without eating food is not good for this disease. Strenuous exercise also are not good as it would make the body acidic.
  • Avoid consuming ACID foods, fruits and drinks, example: buah kundang, rambai, bacang, mango, duku, langsat, rambutan ( a few ok), mangosteen (very few, ok), durian (not too much), green belimbing (used for cooking (sweet buak belimbing ok), strongly sourish durian belanda, sour plums, roselle drink, asam jawa drink, oranges, pomelo and lemons ok since they contain plenty of potassium, sour pineapple, china imported tid-bits that taste sour.
  • Generally rice and rice based foods are good. All bottled drinks that may have citric acid should be avoided.
  • Food cooked 2-3 days ago should not be eaten as well, especially true for curry contains dhor dhall, green gram, groundnuts.
  • Must avoid eating chocolates. All forms of nuts should not be eaten in large quantities/ frequently.
  • Better to eat: drawgon fruit, sweet apples, honey melon, watermelon, pears, bananas, cucumber, onions, pumpkin and grey pumpkin.
  • Drinking coconut water and its meat on alternate days (during day time not by night) is good. Coconut water can be taken daily if one is travelling around or engaged in strenuous physical work.
  • The fruit of sea coconut is EXCELLENT if a person has already contracted the disease. It will give immediate cure. Now available in supermarkets in canned forms, they call it Sea Coconut, importer from Thailand or Singapore, white syrup or gula melaka preparations-both are OK. Uninfected people also can also eat this for prevention. Dosage: just 2 or 3 pieces only in the morning on alternate day until the hot season changes.
  • If infected, one should bathe 3 or 4 times a day in a cool tap water (hot water is bad)
  • Once infected, the person should eat RICE and rice based foods and avoid high protein diet, chicken, soybean, oily food. Wheat items are not good, powdered milk, papaya and other acid food should be avoided altogether.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: All the above should NOT be continued forever. Do all the above only for a month or so, until the HOT season changes. After that, should eat all things in moderation.
3. Minum susu dan makan banyak buah-buahan jika mengalami simptom-simptom LIL.
